Partners
In achieving its objectives, MOWCA has over the years forged close cooperation, not only among its member states, but also with its external partners/donors such as the European Union (DG7&8), ACDI(Canada), FAC(France), AGCD(Belgium), Iceland and with international technical cooperation programs under the World Bank, IMO, UNCTAD, ECA, OAU, ECOWAS etc. Through these partnerships, a lot of programs have been initiated.
