Willy Gloria brings over a decade of leadership in senior nutrition advocacy, community engagement, and nonprofit operations. Most recently serving as Chief Impact & Advocacy Officer at Meals on Wheels San Diego County, Willy has led regional and statewide efforts to expand access to nutrition services, champion policy reforms, and build collaborative partnerships that strengthen support for California’s aging population. His career spans grassroots organizing, public health initiatives, and strategic legislative work, all centered on improving lives through meaningful, equity-driven service.
