With its advocacy partner, Mosaic Solutions, Meals on Wheels of California champions policies that support senior nutrition, healthcare access, and aging services across the state.
Together, we engage with legislators, monitor key bills, and ensure that the voices of older adults and the programs that serve them are heard in Sacramento. This partnership strengthens MOWCA’s ability to influence state policy, secure funding, and promote long-term solutions that improve the health and well-being of California’s senior population.
The Advocacy Committee of MOWCA meets monthly on the third Tuesday at 2:00 PM PST to discuss current legislative priorities, strategize on advocacy efforts, and coordinate collective action.
