Monday at 10:00AM: This session will focus on translating data into meaningful action. Meals on Wheels America will share first wave results from the Core Client Insights (CCI) pilot, currently being tested by members in North Carolina and Texas. CCI offers new screening and evaluation tools that help match services to client needs, measure outcomes and support more informed program decisions. The session will also discuss upcoming opportunities for members in California to leverage these tools in their own operations.
